Brief introduction:
The series of Cat Excavator 320C valve is cartridge type hydraulic pressure control valve, which controls the flow changes, the opening degree of the valve port also changed as per the fluid pressure acting on the spool, the spring-loaded force tuned ( the effective area of the spool ). If not consider the spool weight, the influence of the friction and hydraulic power, the pressure of the relief valve at the inlet to substantially maintain the set value can be considered, therefore, to adjust the pressure force of the spring, and will adjust the working pressure of the relief valve.
If Cat Excavator system has a higher pressure or a larger flow, use a large rigidity of the hard spring, structure, size will be large, difficult to adjust the oil pressure and flow fluctuations. Therefore, Cat Excavator 320C cartridge type hydraulic pressure control valve is generally used only for the high pressure in the flow system, also can be used as a pilot valve.
