The HPA-4C series of cartridge type hydraulic hand pump are the device to transfer the mechanical energy to the hydraulic energy of a small hydraulic pump, supporting fuel tanks and special tools for a variety of jobs, such as lifting, curved, straightening, shearing, riveting, assembly, disassembly, and some construction, military construction and hydraulic high pressure systems.

How to maintain the cartridge type hydraulic hand pump:

l. Keeping the various parts of the hand pump clean, no dust dirt around at each valve and piston.
2. Strictly observe safety precautions.
3. Working solution for sports viscosity of 20-80 centistokes as N32 or N46 hydraulic oil. Do not use alcohol, water, glycerin, sesame oil, brake fluid, ordinary engine oil as the working medium.

4. With 120-160 mesh filter to keep the oil clean.
5. It is not allowable to hit the surface with rigid materials, the handle should be tightened in order to avoid injury.
6. Painted with industrial anti-rusting oil when keeping in the stock.

7. It is better to be packed in the wooden case and dry, good temperature surroundings.
