Yuken DSG-03 hydraulic directional control valve is designed with spool immersed within the oil in the system operation, a buffer effect, even at high pressure, high frequency switching operation, the spool movement still silent smooth. Oil-soaked slide core, completely eliminating the movable parts of the seal and the sliding friction between the plunger and the oil sealing caused by oil spills, and can increase the strut thrust.

As the body of Yuken hydraulic directional control valve is using a special design flow and thus the internal resistance is small, the internal pressure loss can be reduced, the energy efficiency, and in line with the trend of energy saving.
Due to internal impedance is small of Yuken directional control valve, the use of pressure drop decreases the temperature of the hydraulic oil is also reduced accordingly, so that the hydraulic oil perishable, extend the life of the hydraulic oil to reduce replacement costs, which will allow the machine itself will not be affected by the heat of the machining accuracy of a result of error base to deformation.
