The DG4V-3 series of hydraulic AC/DC solenoid terminal assignment central connection directional control valves are controlling the cylinder movement actuation or stop situation. There are several spool position of the directional control valves while in central of the valve housing.

If the spool is hard enough, these impurities are not usually to be the great harm to spool surface, but will lead to the hydraulic spool stuck in a position unable to move. If the hardness is low , the impurities is easy to wear the spool on its surface, leaving a gap , and accumulated to a certain extent, causing the spool uneven , thereby the leakage increases the problem described above.
