Design, installation and piping Note:

2. Lubrication equipment main station location

Pneumatic pump main from the main equipment 0.5-50M, can be placed in the hydraulic station;The main gear pump can be placed in the hydraulic station; satellite station is placed within the distance equipment lubricating parts of the 0.5-50M, it is the best installed in the vicinity of lubrication equipment nearby.

3. Satellite station to the compressed air tube of the tubing of the main points of the gear pump and signal cables, main of the power cable and the main station to the satellite station. Lubrication equipment debugging the qualifications required:

-Gear pump system:

1. Satellite station compressed air intake manifold gas source connected need.

The compressed air supply system is to ensure that the required 5-6bar clean dry compressed air or nitrogen.

2. Need to be connected to the electrical connection between the two main stations and satellite stations, (Cable 10 core 1.0 square feet) outside of the main station for the power cord to be connected with transmission conditions. (AO4 the system: 380VAC, 50Hz.3kw Cable 4-pin 2.5 square)

3. Adding requirements of the lubricating oil.

4. The mail station to the satellite station tubing, access to the satellite station compressed air, satellite station to the lubrication point, oil and gas pipelines to be connected. (Piping requirements, please refer to the design description and technical agreements and combined with the actual piping)

-Gas to start the pump system: (power cable 3 core 2.5 square feet)

1. The main system compressed air intake manifold need to connect. The compressed air supply system is to ensure that the required 5-6bar clean dry compressed air or nitrogen.

2. The main external power supply cable must be connected with transmission conditions (AO1 System: 220VAC, 50Hz.3kw cable 3 core 2.5 square feet).

3. The main grease tank need to add good to meet the requirements of the lubricating oil.

4. The main system to the lubrication points of the oil and gas pipeline to be connected, while the lining of the oil and gas pipelines should be blown clean. (Piping requirements, please refer to the design description and technical agreements and combined with the actual piping)
