Proportional Control Valve of the Basic Types
Pressure control valves, proportional control valves can be divided into three types of flow control and directional control valves.
Pressure control valve: guided relief valve with proportional solenoid valve to replace the hand-tune the device will become guided proportional relief valve, hydraulic pressure output by the input signal is continuous or proportional control.
Flow control valves: proportional solenoid valve to replace the throttle or speed control valve, hand-tune the device to the input signal to control the throttle or speed control valve orifice opening to control the output flow can be continuous or pro rata. therefore, the throttle opening degree can be determined by the input signal voltage magnitude.
Directional control valves: proportional solenoid valve to replace the directional valve solenoid valves direct acting proportional directional valve, the sliding shaft can not only transposition, and transposition of the trip can be continuous or in proportion to changes, and thus connected through the port oil area of continuous change proportionally, so the proportional directional control valve can not only control the implementation of the direction of motion of the components, but also to control its speed. Above the proportional valve made by the action of hydraulic components for the hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors.
