The effect of air and water to hydraulic unit

In addition, the air also makes hydraulic oil oxidation, accelerated deterioration of oil. Hydraulic oil under ambient pressure with volume ratio of 6 to 8% of the air, when air pressure decreases, freed from the oil bubble burst to make the hydraulic components call cavitation noise.
To prevent air intrusion for hydraulic units, the following points should be noted:
1.After repairs and oil change according to random "manual" for excluding the air system to normal operation.
2.Hydraulic pump suction nozzle without exposure to the oil surface, suction line must be sealed well.
3.The oil pump drive shaft seal should be good, pay attention to replace the oil seal should be used double lips genuine oil seal, can not use single lip seal instead, because the single lip seal can only be one-way closure oil, do not have the gas sealing function.
4.The hydraulic units to prevent water intrusion contains excessive moisture, hydraulic components will rust, oil emulsion deterioration, reduced lubricant film strength, speed mechanical wear.
In addition to repairs and maintenance to prevent moisture intrusion, but also pay attention to when not in storage drums, to tighten the lid, the best place upside down; water content may be several large oil filters, each one at a time to replace a dry filter paper, in the absence of special detection equipment, it can be to a hot iron droplets, there is no smoke and steam filling immediately before being burned.
